If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong item goods must be returned in the same condition, unopened and undamaged. A refund will be made or credit applied to your account within 10 working days of the returned goods being received by Wrights Auto Supplies. Please be aware that if the goods are over £25 + VAT in value there will be a 15% restocking fee. Any postage costs will be paid by the buyer. Before returning any goods, you must e-mail us at sales@wrightsautosupplies.co.uk for returns authorisation. The customer is responsible for all postage costs in this instance, and, if applicable, import taxes associated with the return of goods to Wrights Auto Supplies. If your goods arrive in a damaged condition, you must inform us within three days and keep them in their original packaging. We will ask you to return the item(s) and we will offer you a repair, replacement, store credit or issue you a full refund plus any postage costs incurred by you for returning the goods.
